Draws SentenceMarion, Ind., July 31—(AP)— Henry Hardin, 67, Marion truck driver, was sentenced to one to five years in prison yesterday for ah accident that claimed two lives.Hardin pleaded gruilty to a reckless homicide charge in Grant county superior court. Mrs. Pearl Moore and Carol Paulette Brankle, 3 month-old baby from Landess, Ind., died after the truck-auto collision July 21.Hardin, who was on parole from a life sentence for the death of a Marion woman, was algo fined $1,000.
