(JP)— Ten-year-old Fred Owens and his brother. Albert. IS. were in jail here today under federal charges of manufacturing liquor.E. T, Kitts of the federal alcohol tax unit, one of the raiding officers, said the boys were founu at a 50-rallon still' in the mountains ofClaiborne county.Officers said the boys claimed they were sent to the still by their father, who was working in a nearby field.
