And they add that in event Fry does revoke their permits, they still may appeal his ruling to the courts.They are operating on the assumption that several months will be required to settle any court suits that may result from Fry’s attempts to revoke thetr licenses. By that time, according to their reasoning, Governor McNutt will be forced to stretch the law t6 permit sale of draught beer.The governor now is rushing to Indiana from Kansas City to assume charge of this delicate situation. He refused to permit the sale ofdraught beer while repeal of the 1?th amendment still was pending in this state, but now that the voters have made known their opposition to the amendment with a 2 to 1 majority, the governor virtually has capitulated to the demands for draught beer.Another hotbed of revolt against the legal ban on keg brew is Allen county in which Fort Wayne is located. Hundreds of dispensers there have installed draught beer equipment and are selling steins openlyA definite announcement on this issue is expected to be released by the governor as soon as he arrives in Indianapolis. ;
