—Prosecuting Attorney Smith has kindly reported the following items for the Times :Petit Jurors for the September Term.—Asher Lockwood, Locke Township; John Pletcher, Olive; J. B. Carroll, Middlehury; ET. Markel, Concord; John Fuller, Elkhart; Geo. Meyer, Baugo; M. Barry, Benton; Levi Fisher, Union; Andrew Miller, Clinton; Wm.Bouser, Harrison; Wm. Berkcy, Jefferson; A. P. Kessler, Washington.Our County Jail now has four inmates: Frank Westervelt, committed June 27th, for surety of the peace, Juo. Kane, committed June 14th, for same offense, John Long, for attempt to kill, and Ed. Backus, committed on Tuesday last, for stealing a coat at Ligemer. About four weeks ago, Joseph Morris and Frank Harter—the former committed for grand larceny and the latter for stealing a watch and rnouey from a man named Randall, at Elkhart—both escaped and left without paying their board bill. We know rascals who have never been so justly dealt with as to be imprisoned, who have acted just as mean about their board bills.Marriage Licenses,—O. E. Replo-gle and Elmira D. P. Henry; A. W.
