Bombing suspect due trialSOMERSET — Christine Snyder of Johnstown RD 7 testified at a preliminary hearing Thursday that she saw John Morey come out of a bathroom at the Somerset State Hospital shortly before a bomb exploded in the. bathroom. Morey, 31, of Nanty Glo, was the director of social services department at the hospital's Mental Retardation Habilitation Center,Following the healing District Justice Arthur Cook of Somerset ordered Morey to stand trial on two counts each of arson, recklessly endangering other people, criminal mischief, institutional vandalism and causing or risking a catastrophe.
