Lascivious adscharge filedBI-OOMFIEID Ronald Cloke, 43, of rural Davis County, was arraigned Friday in Davis County magistrate court on a charge of committing lascivious acts with a person under the age of 16.Cloke was arrested Thursday by Davis County Sheriff Ray DykesThe preliminary hearing was continued until Aug. 3 to allow Cloke time to obtain legal counsel. He is being held in Davis County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.
