WOMAN IS CHARGEDMan slain at PentressA 41-year-old Cassville woman has been charged with murder in the shooting death of James Kenneth Stansberry of Morgantown following an argument at a Pentress home yesterday.Anna Margaret Herron, a resident of Headlee’s Town and Country Trailer Court, was taken to the County Jail following arraignment before Justice of the Peace A.M. (Tony) Sellaro. She is being held without bond.Stansberry. 44, who lived at 959 University Ave., was pronounced dead at the scene by County Coroner Dr. John Jupin. The coroner pronounced him dead at 1 p.m.The shooting occurred at approximately 11.25 a.m., according to StateThe State Department of Natural Resources has said a proposed boiler facility to be constructed on Chestnut Kidge Road would cause no significant problems by dumping its wastewater into the city’s sanitary sewers, it was revealed at yesterday s meeting of the Morgantown Sanitary Board.The board will meet at 2 p.m. next Thursday to consider the Energy Research and Development Administration's request to discharge the waste from the proposed boiler facility, which will test the burning of low sulfur coal.The DNR letter yesterday came from the Division of Water ResourcesPolice reports.Jupin said last night that Stansberry died of two 22 caliber gunshot wounds to his chest and abdomen. Another bullet entered his forearm, and two bullets did not penetrate the skin. Jupin said. All told, five shots were fired at the man.According to the coroner, one bullet penetrated the liver and another passed through the lungs and heart.Police said Stansberry was wounded as he sat in his car, a 1976 New Yorker. The victim was apparently trying to leave the home of Mrs. Dora Herron, the accused woman's mother.Police reported that Miss Herron surrendered to them when they arrived. Stansberry was found uncon-1 to pay the back fees or mane arrangement for payment. The city can collect back sewer fees for fiveyears.Dempsey said he will figure (Nit the amounts owed by tie newly dis*covered non-pavers and will send them bills. Soon after Stansberry left with the car. Miss Herron went to her mother’s home.Yesterday morning, Miss Herron returned to the Cassville trailer court, found the car, and had it taken to Pentress. Stansberry showed up at the home a short time later.After arguing with Miss Herron inside the home, the victim went to the car and attempted to leave. At that time, the suspect allegedly took a .22 caliber automatic pistol and fired several times through the passenger’swindow.Wounded. Stansberry stumbled from the car, walked toward the house, turned around, walked toward the car and collapsed, police said. Later, he was pronounced dead at that spot.Police said it was Miss Herron who called them to report the shooting.Stansberry, an employe of the Electrical Fuel Coal Co., was born Dec 12. 1931. at Waterloo, Wis., the son of Olive Elliot Stansberry of Morgantown and the late Paul E.
