Damage Suit.A Democrat reporter learned yesterday evening that Mrs. CharlotteGustavson, of this city, had brought suit against X. P. Wind A Co., wholesale liquor dealers, for selling liquors to her husband contrary to law. She claims damages in the sum of £5,000,and Mr. Whiting, of Mt. Pleasant, owner of the building, is made a partyto the suit.
