HIT TOO FAST Motorist is stopped on I 25 west of city by State Police Officer Sam Tow after his new MR-9 radar unit clocked him at a bit over the legal 55 miles an hour limit. 1 he motorist was heading north and Tow south when he got the reading from the new unit He made a turn through the median and stopped the errant driver.
