Usually, the\* said, when a prisoner escape is publicized, the prison switchboard handles numerous calls from persons reporting possible leads.Cache FoundSearchers found a convict cache |of two packs of razor blades and three pipe tobacco tins, taped together, containing a shredded green substance tentatively identi fied as “either marijuana or alfalfa.Laboratory tests are under way.The cache was found at the in tersection of Rt. 3 and Fern Val j ley Road, about a mile north ol, Chester.The road's west end is at he I north edge of the penitentiary hlt; n. or farm grounds.Officials think it possible a car ! may have been waiting for the es- j; capees.
