Negro It ArrestedA 43-year-old negro was arrest* ed at 2:45 a. m. Sunday by police officers for drunkenness and investigation after he had refused to leave the cab he had ridden home. During the ride in the cab driven by Pete Trammel, the negro was said to have kept opening and closing hie knife, and when he refused to leave the cab at his destination, Trammel called police.
