IJielley, of this city. Defendants named in the actions are Charles RamesU and his throe broth®rSr Joseph, Edward and Wenzel, town of Gibson farmers.Outgrowth Burglary Case The actions are the aftermath and outgrowth of the burglary case at Mishicot in which Dvorak and Flentje were arrested on charges of burglary and were acquitted in a trial in circuit court, the case having attracted widespread interest and the largest attendance in years at a trial in local courts.It is alleged in the complaints that tlirough the activities and testimony of the Raniesh brothers, Dvorak and Flentje who had good reputations for honesty and integrity, were falsely charged w’ltU the burglary of the Seibold Mill at Mishicot on the night of December 14.. The present plaintiffs allege that the Ramesh brothers maliciously conspired to cause their prosecution and imprisonment by false accusation and perjured testimony,. Case Up in January,The trial of the damage suits will come up at the January term of , circuit court and will attractmuch interest owing to prominetree of the parties and the sensation caused by the robbery case.
