—At a meeting of the Orchard City Fishing club last evening considerable business was transacted. The committee appointed to confer with the Carthage Lake people reported that they had made an arrangement with the latter club, whereby they would be allowed to fish in Carthago I^ake atld in return the Carthage l^ake members would enjoy the privilege of hunting on the Orchard City club’s preserves. The Orchard City club is purely a fishing club and now controls Running Slough. A club house will be built in the near future. One hundred members is the club’s limit and there are several on the waiting list.
