Barney Casey and Thomas Timmins, who plead not guilty Monday to the charge of disturbing the peace and loitering about the YYr. L- E. depot, again appeared before Mayor Wick-ham this morning. Timmins chang-ed his plea of not guilty to guilty, and was fined $5 00 and costs, $3.00, whichhe paid.A jury was summoned to try Casey. The trial lasted about two hours, Casey conducting his own defense. After deliberating about 15 minutes, the jury returned a verdict of guilty. The Mayor then sentenced him to pay a fine of $10.00 and costs. $23.00, and to stand committed until paid. Not having any funds, he was taken to the lock up where he now languisheth.
