Warnock, Bernard Warnock, and Owen Rice, Ballyvarley; Hugh Mullan, Lisna-cade; Daniel If‘Cormick, Patrick M'Cortnick, and Bryan Hanratty, Banbridge ; John Brennan, Kern an ; Michael Hanna, Kilpike; Daniel If'Ateer, Henry Cr-any, Charles Devlin, Mary Ann Magee, Drnmiller ; John M'Conville, Glen-lougban ; and John If Court, Binbrilge, that on the 14th July defendants did, at Bally varley, in the County Down, unliwfnlly and riotously assemble to disturb the public peac', and did there make a grist riot and dielurhance. to the terror and alarm of her Majesty's euhj-cts, and did unlawfully assault and beat David Cloughly and othera, and cause them bodily harm.
