I do believe I am guilty of second-degree murder.”On the morning of Nov. 5, Graham left Panama City and drove to the restaurant where hiswife, who lived in south Okaloosa County, was having breakfast with business associates.Inside the restaurant Graham approached his wife’s table and said he wanted to talk with her. The two left, apparently headed outside. but Bonnie Graham darted into the ladies' room Graham followed her.Restaurant patrons heard twoshots. A restaurant manager entered the ladies’ room and found the two lying on the floor.Bonnie Graham died the next day. James Graham later recovered from a gunshot wound to the right side of his head.In Graham’s car and at his Panama City home investigators found apparent suicide notes written by him.
