It is a tremendous challenge in the administration of justice. If the guilty should go unpunished or the innocent be punished because of lack of your fortitude, the horror of the tragedy you are to investigate wouldbe multiplied beyond the comprehension of man. x' In the course of the charge. JudgeCarr repeatedly admonished thegrand jurors .o be impartial in their investigation; also he urged them toabide by their oath and to report to the court anyone who attempted to ( sway the grand Jurors or to inquire 1 about what has gene on ;n the •grand jury room.The grand jury is composed ofthe following: W.
