An Outlaw fte)ea*eri by Friend*.Knoxville Tenn., July *7 — A few days since Sam. Osborn, a well known character of eastern Kentucky, caused the arrest of Gan. Souders. a noted outlaw, and had thelatter put in the Tazewell, Tenn., jail. Heport from that place is to the effect that an armed body of men from near Pineville, Ky., Tuesday night overpowered the jailerand reecued Souders. Osborn and Souders are both bold, dangerous meu, and have threatened each other. They have mauy warm adherents, and trouble is sure to follow.
