Pair bound over on CSC allegationsA Hillsdale couple were bound over to First Judicial Circuit Court to face charges of attempted first-degree criminal sexual conduct.Jay Allen Buck, 40, and his wife Judith A. (Crampton) Buck, 36, both of 4024 Lake Wilson Road, will be arraigned in circuit court Monday for allegedly trying to sexually assault two children under age 13.If convicted, each could face five years in prison.The suspects were arrested July 20 for the incidents said to have occurred from Dec. 25, 1988, to Feb. 2,1989.
