ii iat,A DWI charge against David S Stearns, 18, Harrisburg, was reduced because of his first offense, and he was fined $150 and costs and placed on proba tion for one year. Stearns, who was represented by Attorney Ralph Choisser, also was placedunder court supervision and Probation Officer Bob Briody for one year on two criminal complaints of possession of drugs, with the complaints to be dismissed after one year if noother violation. The recommendation followed a negotiated pleaby Watson and Choisser.
