H., July 26—lt;/P A brief case containing valuable jewelry belonging to Leslie Leveque, Columbus, O., financier, killed in a plane crash on Parker mountain last May 5, was being sought today by the estate.B. B. Sprague of Manchester, acting as agent for the Leveque estate, placed newspaper advertisements yesterday offering a substantial” reward for the return of the gems.! Leveque’s wife and their pilot, Robert C. Johns, also were killed in the crash.Sprague’s ad described the jewelry as a platinum diamond ring containing a pair of two-carat blue sapphires, two topaz diamonds of 2.31 carats, and baguette diamonds, and a second ring containing three .89 carat diamonds and baguette diamonds.William B. Hall, general manager of the New York Park-Ven-dome hotel, of which Leveque 1 was corporation president, de-i sci ibelt; 1 the jewelry■ Investigators said the Le-; veques were known to have the jewelry with them when they left New York for Maine a few davs before the crash.
