PENALTIES IN DRIVING CASESRICHMOND — Charles Rhoades, New Castle rural route, was fined $1 and costs in City court Monday on a charge of reckless driving. Rhoades was arrested early Monday on West Main street for driving on the left side of the street. Police reported a I truck was forced over the curb to avoid an accident.Changing innocent pleas to pleas of guilty, Charles Goss, Cambridge City, Monday was fined on two charges and on one was given a 10-day jail term. Goss was fined $1 and costs for public intoxication and $25 and costs for driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail and his right to drive was revoked for six months on the latter charge. Goss was arrested at Pershing last week.
