His mother called him “Bill. . He ran away after his father died and his mother married a man named Jeas Sparks,, who also died. Themother married again, this time to a man named Caneidy, who killed two men and was sent to an asylum. All tbii happened in Kentucky.Bill remembers his first step-fatBer but never saw Cassidy.His mother left Ebby, Ky., about ''seven years ago with Bill's three half sisters. The oldest half-sister Bill found la Kentucky. She la now married, She said her mother had gone to live with Aunt Lizzy and taken Zen* and Elizabeth with her.Bill doesn't know Aunt Lizzy's last name, but knows her hueband is a railroader, and is supposed to reside on the ‘’Little Kanawha river, but that may mean either the Little or Great Kanawha river or any of their tributaries.Anyone having any information that may aid Bill in his search for his mother is requested to communicate with The Gazette or with Rev, Fat B.
