KIDNAPER GIVER SESTERCEOF TWENTY YEARS IN FENSIOUX CITY, la., July 25—Ralph Bennett, kidnaper, must serve twenty years In the Iowa penitentiary. Two tprms of ten years each were imposed by Judge C. C. Hamilton upon Bennett who pleaded guilty to kidnaping Edison Hennlgan, thirteen years old.
