BINDER TWINEOf Kirk Kerns Said to Have Been Stolen by Frank Wilhelm-Arrested This Afternoon.* MM II 11 11Frank Wilbelin, a farmer living south of the city was arrested this morning by Constable James Grahamof Springereek township on a charge of larceny. It is said that he stole about $8 worth of binder.twins from the shed of Kirk Kerns, a farmer living east of the city about two weeks ago.: He was arraigned in Squire Soud-der’s court as Squire Widney could not be found. It is said that Wilhelm has a bad reputation and many farmers were in for' the trial.
