CIRCUIT COURT.The circuit court evens up with the superior by a divorce suit. The plaintiff is Augusta Fredrick and the defendant is Henry Fredrick. The complaint alleges* that they were married in Germany in the year 188S and lived together until some time last year, when he abandoned her. She says in her complaint that the defendant was guilty of cruel and inhuman conduct and frequently assaulted her. At one time he threw his boot at her, cutting a jainfiil gash in her forehead, and )roke the furniture and scattered the dishes all over the lioor.
