Grand Jury For Thomas CountyCompletes Work For July TermIndictments Returned Against HowardCone and Brady Warren; Parole RacketCondemned In Presentments•*► Having completed its work, for the July term of the Superior Court of Thomas County, the Grand Jury was excused Wednesday after making several indictments, ranging from simple larceny to murder, and having made its presentments to Judge W. E. Thomas.. This trial will probably be held early next weekand will arouse intense interest throughout South Georgia. Another indictment that is of interest in this section is that accusing BradyWarren of the murder of R. E.*Banister and assault to murder on the person of Mrs. R. E. Bannister.There were several no bills returned by the Grand Jury and several indictments for which bench warrants have been issued but ho arrests yet made*The indictments as handed down by the Grand Jury are as follows:Titus Clary, simple larceny, taking car belonging to V, L.
