Tuesday, Frank Mattox paid $10 fine and costs and $6 extra for breaking up jail furniture. Fred Pierson contributed $10 to the state and prosecutor. Everett Hay promised to leave town and was released. Some of the saloons are evidently selling to anybody that has the price.
