Two Get Life In MurdersNEW LONDON, Conn. (UPI) — Donald Brant and Richard DeFreitas, already serving time for other crimes, were sentenced to life in prison Friday for the murder of two persons in 1970.A jury last week found Brant, 43, and DeFreitas, 37, guilty of murdering Gustavous Carmichael, 38, of Boston, and an unidentified woman on Dec. 31, 1970.
