.Frank .White, living southeast of Laurel, was arraigned for a preliminary hearing in Justice Reiboldt’s court, recently, charged with shootingwith intent to kill. Trouble between' ♦ » * «the .defendant and a neighbor, Frank Wapier, developed more than a week ago, , and Warner charges that FrankWhite emptied the contents of a revolver chamber, shooting directly at the plaintiff. The shooting is said to have occurred at the White home. Warner alleges that the bullet whizzed about him as he passed the home. The defendant was bound over to the circuit court. He gave $500 bond.A. R. May, of Orange, attended the trial of his brother-in-law, Frank White, which was held in the court of the justice of the peace here, Friday.
