1-a*idB-3ttoB,S,Ieinn.r-l,/.r-5tv.into7:o!/♦Ella Gandee charged with drunk drivingElla Marie Gand?e, 912 President SW, Monday in Police Judge Harold Winston’s Court waived preliminary hearing on a charge of drunk driving.Iowa highway patrolmen arrested the woman Saturday afternoon at 612 President SW, after a citizen reported seeing the car being driven erratically.She was taken to the Mason City police station where she consented to a breath-alcohol intoximeler test. The breath sample showed a reading of 170, equivalent to a blood test of 176 milligrams of alcohol per 100 cubic centimeters of blood. A test of 150 or more generally is considered evidence o£ intoxication.She also consented to a blood test and performed coordination tests -which were filmed by a police officer.
