A Kuklux Victim Sues for Damages.Louisville, Ky.t July 22.—John Green, a colored ex-convict, now residing in Indiana, has sued a number of citizens of Hart County, Ky., charging them with kukluxing him. The plaintiff alleges that in July, 1886, a number of citizens of Hart County, where he then lived, near Bonneville, took him into the woods one night, beat him severely, hung him several times, and otherwise maltreated him. He names as defendants Bill Johnson, Peter Jag-Sers, Lad Dawson, Dock Knight, Tom L Srvgly, S'aughter Fuqua and John i Goodman, and asks that they be com-Slled to pay him $20,000 damages, ■een is supposed to have been ku-kluxed for thieving.
