At the late term of the Charles County. (Mil.) Court, the case of Kelita Suit, charged with the murder of John A. Deakins, was argued upon the demurrer on the part of the State to the plea of “autrefois aojHit, tiled by the traverser.— Tlie plea was held good and sufficient, and Mr. Suit discharged. Unless the decision of thi-Court should be reversed by the Court of Appeals, he cannot be tried under the pre-cut indictment against him.
