Man Is Arrested For Sending Obscene Letters Thru MailsEd'ar Morris of Forestburg was arrested by Deputy Sherifi Dick Lawn no0 on vVedr.esday of last week, and landed in the MontagueCounty jail. He was charged with mailing obscene and slanderous letters through the U.
