D., well known South Dakota politician was ar rested yesterday on a federal indictment charging him with embezzlement of between $300 and $400 from the government while serving as a deputy collector of internal revenue, it was announced at the United States----- --——15Houlihan was released at Aberdeen on $1,000 bond. The indictment against Houlihan vras returned by the federal grand jury last May at Aberdeen. It is expected that the case will be tried at the Aberdeen term of court j next winter.
