Maguire in district court on a charge of wife desertion, preferred by the state through County Attorney Herbert McCabe Friday morning, was sentenced to a year in jail and paroled to the custody of his wife.in sentencing Coleman and parol-ing him to his wife, the court bit-! torly scored him for his neglect of a wife and two children.
