. *PITTSBURGH, July 19.—Joey caud Helen Kent—the children— left for ConneUiville Friday night to “wait for mommy^Waiting for . mommy, however,.may he chancy gamble, with the mother, Mrs. Verda Eleaner Kent, in serious condition in Allegheny Hospital, Pittsburgh,, from a bullet wound inflicted by her husband a mom wit before be shot himself.Their guardian, pending the mother’s recovery, will 'be Arthur Eulsey, an uncle by mar-rla-ge. I«t was 1^ Eutsey, of 213 Anderson street, that the wounded mother appealed for help the night before she was shot. At that time a police investigation provoked by the worried Eutsey failed to reveal any .tension in the family.Twenty-four hours later, however, the temper, of the 29-year-old father snapped and in a few blazing seconds he etched a suicide and possible homicide on the young minds of his two children.'Arthur Eutsey’s offer - to take the children to Connellsville was endorsed Thursday by the mother.
