will speak at 1 p. m., this afternoon.Htaftlcidt at Bjrrnvllle, BtrrlMK Co.On Saturday last a fatal tragedy took place at Byrnville, Harrison county, four miles from Greenville, in this county, in which a man named William Byrn was shot dead. It appears that Byrn and his cousin of the same name got into a difficulty with a man of notorious character, named Greenville Boston, who it seems had threatened to kill deceased on several occasions. While they were quarreling Boston was going toward home followed by the parties above alluded to. When he reached the house he seized a shot gun, loaded with heavy shot, and fired the charge piercing the breast of Byrn killing him almost instantly. In the confusion resulting Boston made good his escape.
