Man Fined $10.70 For DrunkennessA man who entered a plea of guilty to a charge of drunkenness was fined $10.70 this morning In Municipal Court. He was arrested by Marvin Reiger and Carl Terry of the local police force last night.A aecond white man was also arrested by the two officers last night on charges of drunkenness ana disturbance. He remained in the city jail today.
