The special Grand Jury, empanneled on the ‘ 25 h of June, adjourned yesterday foronoon, , having returned to the Court soventy-seven indictments, all but four or five of which are for conspiracy to resist the conscript act, or to prevent officers from performing their duties under that law. Twenty of the “Band of Brothers,” from Monroe Co., whom Speaker Buskirk had the honor to represent in the Legislature last winter, are indicted.
