Malvey, chief of police,, and taken to Minneapolis by 1 officials Wednesday, reveal that he l is wanted for questioning in connection with the murder of a railroad watchman in Minneapolis in September, 1929.Alleged to have admitted a connection with the murder in remarks made to his relatives, Bushway also faces the possibility of a life sentence under the habitual criminal laws.Previously convicted of three charges ranging from burglary to assault with weapons, Bushway faces material evidence, in the form of a stolen watch, held by Minneapolis authorities. He is wanted there for burglarizing 14 Minneapo-' lis residences.“I have prowled more homes in Minneapolis than I can remember,” the alleged burglar told Chief Malvey Tuesday. He is alleged to have prowled a Moorhead residence, but no charge was brought on this ! count.“He is gone from Moorhead for good,” said Malvey today.Captain of Detectives Herbert A.
