Palmer was bound to the grand jury on the charge of criminal relations with the wile of Charles Blank-enbeck*r« The testimony showed that the parties to the case came to this city from Stuart two • months ago.Palmor • came first and inducedBlankenbeker to come by assuring him that he had a position waiting him in this city. This it was found was not true. Palmer seems to. be something of an actor and was engaged with the Blaukenbokers In putting a play on tho boards at Marlon when arrested. The proof of guilt was clear. The case against Mrs. Blankan-belcer was dismissed.
