Jail Breaker CaughtOn receipt of a description of Kelsey Mitehusson from Sheriff W. A. Murray of Lyon County, K' ntucky, Marshal Henderson captured the young man at the light plant Monday afternoon; and hold him in the city jail until the arrival of Sheriff Murray, who took him hack to the county jail at Kddyville, Ky., from which he had escaped some time it April of this year.It appears that young Mitchuason had been absued by his father and with a view to defending himself had fired a gun at his father, but the shot struck his grandfather instead and killed him. Accused of murderhe was arrested and taken to Paducah, Ky., and from there was rv-moved to Kddyville, from which place he has encaped as aforesaid. Lil-bourn Herald.Sinbchhc!hhv
