Mrs. May Heud ricks and Mrs. Cora Piews were arrested and put in jal!* last Monday, and remained there until Wednesday, when friends secured their release on hail. These two together with Ben Hendricks and Ethel Barnett were indicted by the last grandjury for keeping a house of bad char-%acter. Some others who have been staying with these were much relieved wheu they found they were not indicted.
