After that she remembers no more until she found the physicians dressing her wounds, a* her husband's body was covered when this moment came, and when she was taken away she did not know he was dead.While lying on her bed, attended by her parents and her *ister, Mrs. Ebaugh, she kept asking for her husband and wondered why he did not come to her,In answer to reporters1 inquiries as the cause of the tragedy, they were told that they had not quarreled, that there was no ill feeling apparent, butit is generally accepted that jealousy was the cause. Mrs. Tam Densford, who had been at the house just before the tragedy, also said that there seem-* ed to be no ill feeling between husband and wife, nor did any of the neighbors hear any quarrel or words.The ill fated marriage which ended in such an awful catastrophe seems to havo been a hastily concluded one.
