DEN OWNERS ARE LOSERSJudgments Awarded Benetti FirmJudgments totalling $3,905.34, jjIus attorney fees and interest, in four causes of action were awarded yesterday to Jack Douglass and Louis Benetti in a collection suit instituted against D. A, Bentley, Robert M, Colohan, and John R. Hope, operators’ of The Den on E. Commercial Row.The judgments represent the balances due on promissory notes and other debts owed to the two plaintiffs and the Benetti Novelty Co. during the four years preceding the fire which destroyed the night club earlier this year.Judge William McKnight ruled in favor of the plaintiffs yesterday and ordered the judgments entered against the defendants.Mr. Douglass and Mr. Benefti were represented in the suit b*' Douglas Busey, *-
