PLEADS INNOCENTCut Bank. July 12.—(fP)—-William Neil pleaded innocent in district court today to ’manslaughter charges stemming from the death of Carl W\ IJeltman, assertedly injured fatally in an altercation between the men.Judge R. M. Hattersley ordered Neil held for trial at the September term of court under $200 bond.
