John Fitts and Andrew Onofrlchuk, wh0 had rented the Shell Valley Hall lor the dance toiiowmg the picnic, had apparently not made ample ar-langements to Lake care of any roundinesK which might occur, and when the crowd became noisy and uncomrolla 1$ they too^ cover in a nearby store and left the hall wide open and with no one in charge. They were found guilty of allowing drunkenness and disorder in the hall which they had rented and were fined $20.00 each with $1.75 costs or 10 dub each m prison,Gorda and Onofrlchuk paid their hne* and John Morasb was givenuntil the 25th to raise his assessment. The other two, Pete Mo rashand John Pitts, went to jail.
