GRAVE CHARGES AGAINST HIM.Will [tun Krttzur. of Conemrmjxli Township, Umler Jinll for Court.Complaint was made Tuesday, July 5, before George Row, Esq., of Indiana, on oatb of Mary E. Saltsgiver, charging John M. Kritzer, of Conemaugh township, with adultery, feionous rape and f. and b. The complainant is still under 10 years of age. Her allegation is that, something more than two years ago, when but little more than IS years old, Hhe went to live with Kritzer’s family, and that a few months thereafter he assumed criminal relations with her, which continued until a short time ago, when she left his place and came to Indiana.Kritzer was arrested on Wednesday last by Constable Altman and brought to Indiana, and by the justice admitted to bail in the sum of $1000 to answer the charges at the September term of court.
