Arraigned In Court; After Street Fight4 •As the result of an alleged fight between Isaac Simons, 43, and H. O. Wilson, 40, both of this city, Simons was arraigned in city court yesterday on a charge of assault and battery. Simons pleaded not guilty and the case was set for trial Monday morning,. Simons being'released on his own recognizance* The fight, which occurred at Eighth and Erie avenue, was caused, police said,when Simons became angry because of Wilson's attention to his estranged wife.FILE PARTITION SUITSuit in partition of real estate was filed in Cass circuit courtyesterday by Frank M. Cookagainst William W. Cook, et al.The action was filed through Hil-lis - and iHillis, attorneys.Eyeglass lenses are made much stronger by cooling them rapidly after they are cast.
